It's all about land! The first critical step in our process is the acquisition of the land at a location within a 15 mile radius of Schaumburg. We are in the process of pursuing financing but raising capital via donations will play a critical role in achieving our goals.
In 2023, the board allocated funds to commission Phase 1 architectural drawings which we unveil at this event. Once we have the plat map for the land, the next step is to commission detailed drawings, which can cost up to $100,000.
Generous donors have issued a challenge to match dollar for dollar the total funds raised during our Harvest Ball through 2024 up to $100,000! What a wonderful kick start to our campaign. Please take a few minutes now and purchase your tickets.
